6 Good Ways to Avoid Any Unwanted Sexual Infections

  1. Bedroom Best Practices to Avoid Any Unwanted Infections

Emily Morse, the founder and host of the Sex With Emily podcast, told popsugar.com, “Go for the triple play when it comes to preventing infection: wash up, wrap up, and flush out.”

The doctor of human sexuality continued, “First, before any touching starts, make sure both you and your partner have clean hands — especially under the nails. Next, use a condom, for obvious reasons. Finally, make sure to pee before AND after penetration to ward off UTIs. Of course, you can also suggest some shower sex to maximize cleanliness.”

Psychologist and sex expert Antonia Hall added important tips that everyone can do to help avoid unwanted infections from sexual activity:

    • Wash Your Hands Prior to Getting Intimate
    • Pee Before and After
    • Don’t Do Anything Else After Anal Without Cleaning Up First
    • Avoid Oral Sex With Unfamiliar Partners
    • Wear a Condom During Sex
    • Wash Up After Sex (and clean your sex toys right away)

Man who initiated rough sex found not guilty of rape and assault

  1. Man who initiated rough sex found not guilty of rape and assault

A New Zealand man who hit, choked and had rough sex after sexual role play with a woman has been found not guilty of rape and assault.

Apparently the jury accepted the accused might have had reasonable grounds for not realizing the woman wanted him to stop, despite her saying so.’

The defense lawyer said the woman led James Charles Loads to believe she was into rough sex and role play, “These were two people who were out of their depth.”

However, the woman in this case had cried, vomited and pleaded Loads to stop.

The woman contacted a friend immediately after believing she was raped, and the friend took her to a hospital where she contacted the police.

Can certain types of food boost your sex drive?

  1. How can you boost your sex drive?

London nutritionist Lily Soutter examined scientific evidence on aphrodisiacs, and found that there is little suggesting that eating certain foods will boost your libido, but managing stress and not drinking too much alcohol can help to get you in the mood.

Studies found no significant differences in sexual arousal for those who consumed chocolate daily versus those who did’t.

Wine was thought to help you think sexy thoughts, but evidence said this could just be because it lowers your inhibitions.

Oysters are probably the most famous aphrodisiac because they are rich in zinc, a critical mineral for the production of sperm and testosterone, but there aren’t many studies directly linking zinc to sexual health.

Soutter concluded that there’s little evidence linking edible aphrodisiac to libido, and more research is needed before making conclusions.

According to a news story first reported by The Wall Street Journal, Donald Trump had his lawyer arrange a payment of $130,000 to a former porn star known as Stormy Daniels, just a month before the 2016 presidential election.

Stormy Daniels, the former adult actress whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, told a friend the sexual encounter with Trump occurred after a Lake Tahoe celebrity golf tournament in 2006, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“I ended up with Donald in his hotel room. Picture him chasing me around his hotel room in his tighty-whities,” Clifford allegedly told her porn star friend Alana Evans.

Stephanie Clifford announced a potential Senate campaign run in her home state of Louisiana in 2009, but was arrested in Tampa, Florida on domestic violence charges two months before.

Donald Trump’s lawyer told The Wall Street Journal, “President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence, as has Ms. Daniels”, but the statement neither confirmed or denied the payment of $130,000 to Ms. Daniels.
